After reading many reviews, I called PMT for an approximate estimate for eavestrough repairs and an addition.
Philip and crew did a great job and cleanup.
Apparently all my gutters and downspouts where badly clogged.
Probably more work than originally estimated, but he did not change his price.
PMT certainly has earned all these positive reviews!

Fixed a bunch of leaks in my gutters. Others said I needed new gutters but Philip was able to find the weak links and everything is works like new. Saved me a lot of money.

One of the issues I have working with small companies is usually poor and untimely communication but not with Philip.
He was great. Adapted as I kept adding tasks to the job.

We use PMT every year for their services. They never disappoint. Always on time, friendly, professional and do what they do right.

For many years, we had water damage from water that leaked through our attic. We did roof repairs, replaced shingles and finally installed a top quality metal roof. One of the tradespeople recommended that we contact PMT Home Services, which was brilliant.

We met with Philip, who explained that the roof wasn't the issue; rather, the problem was poor ventilation since the soffits were not vented adequately and the insulation company blocked these vents.

He sent his crew, who were polite, extremely neat and hard working. They answered our questions and did a great job of improving the look of the house as well as substantially improving air flow and ventilation. This will lower our heating and air conditioning costs.

While the work was taking place, Philip called to ask if we had any questions or concerns and after the work was completed, he visited to do a final inspection.

I wish that all construction-related companies and tradespeople were as competent, caring and conscientious.

Philip from PMT Home Services came to my house to replace my soffit, fascia and eavestrough. They did a fabulous job and picked the colour that best matched my home. I had the outside and inside windows including screens cleaned. The team were great, cleaned in the grooves as well. I always clean the inside windows but rarely wash the screens and never do in the grooves. The house smells so good!

A winter storm damaged our gutters and Philip and his team were quick to respond. They assessed all the eaves and gutters on our home and made recommendations for improvements. Their responsiveness was excellent, they came when promised (almost to the minute) and finished the job proficiently. We were impressed with the photos they shared of the work that was done. For communications with customers, they rate 11 out of 10. PMT will now do our routine seasonal gutter maintenance.

Phil and his team did a great job replacing my Eavestroughs and downpipes. They showed up promptly and did a very professional job making sure that the drain water flowed consistently. They were very courteous and professional and made sure to tidy up after installation. I would definitely recommend them!
