I had a downspout that came apart from the house due to high winds and the brackets came off. I called PMT Home Services and Philip and his team were quick to come within hours of me calling. When they arrived, they immediately put it back together and attached it back very securely. They also fixed another loose downspout on the other side of my house which I was very happy about. They were courteous, quick and professional. I highly recommend them.

One morning during a bad wind and rain storm. Our eaves on one side detached from the roof. The detached eaves along with the strong wind and rain was threatening the rest of the eaves structure. We spoke with Phillip, texted him with pictures and he agreed to come within an hour due to the problem and the weather factor.
Phillip was an amazing worker and secured the eaves not only along one side but secured all of them around the house. He also cleaned the gutter's and two downspouts. His confidence and hand at his craft was very impressive and reassuring. Phillip also gave us options for our downspout diverting and pricing, without any pressure at all.

Phillip and his crew came to my house today to clean the inside and outside of my windows. They were on time and didn't keep me waiting which I was very satisfied with. The job was done very well and they did not leave a mess inside which I was very pleased about.

Philip from pmt home services was a pleasure to deal with. My garage eavestrough where about to fall off my house. Philip installed brackets to resecure the eavetrough to the house. Before he did the job he showed me on a sample what the brackets look like and how it's secured to the house. I am going to have pmt come back this summer to clean my windows. Phillip at PMT is professional, courteous and always replies quickly to calls and emails. He was able to stop a leak in our basement by cleaning our eavestroughs and redirecting our downspouts - his team worked effectively and efficiently and the end result was amazing! Phillip took the time to explain what his team was going to do and why, as well as the products he would be using. His exclusive hinged downspout is amazing and makes lawn care/snow removal a breeze. We will be replacing all of our eavestroughs likely this year and we will definitely be using Phillip. If you have a leak in your basement, your first call should be to Phillip (we did not realize how important eavestroughs really are to our home!). I highly recommend Phillip for any of your eavestrough needs - repair, redirection, replacement!

It was a pleasure dealing with Philip and his team from PMT Home Services. They were professional, on time and very thorough. Philip and his team cleaned the interior and exterior windows, and were able to completely scrape off the paint that was on the windows, along with cleaning the tracks and screens to my satisfaction. In addition to those jobs, Philip also cleaned the light fixtures outside the house for no extra cost.
