PMT Home Services completed the soffit, fascia and eavestroughs for our new home and the work was outstanding. Phil and his team were very professional and diligent in executing the work. I would highly recommend PMT, you won't be disappointed.

I have been using college pro for few years, but every year they change teams that know nothing about service, and come unprepared, and don’t know how to work with multilevel homes, and always promise quality and never deliver . Great service from PMT Home Services. I spoke with Philip about our eavestrough being clogged and a piece hanging and he came so quickly to unclog and repair the piece. I have used PMT for years to do my window and eaves cleaning and have always been impressed with their professionalism but this was the first time I needed them urgently and they were great!! Highly recommend!!

A windstorm ripped some of the fascia from our front gable. Philip responded to my message immediately and was able to give an accurate quote upon receipt of some photos. The crew was here on time (actually a little early) and worked quickly and efficiently. There was no mess and very little noise. The fascia matched perfectly and was screwed in place, unlike the nails used by the builder. I highly recommend PMT for their prompt, courteous service. So glad to find them here on HomeStars.

I emailed PMT Home Services to clean the exterior windows and eavestrough on my detach home. Philip emailed me back a competitive price. Today, Philip arrived with his team and went to work. The downspout was clogged with leaves, which made a lot of sense since I has icicles this winter. The windows cleaning job was amazing. It’s so nice to be able to see outside. I will be using PMT this fall for my eavestrough cleaning again. I would 10/10 recommend them to my friends and family.

Phillip and team did a great job. The eaves were quite full from all our trees. I also had some minor down pipe repairs and an eavestrough needed to be reclipped. I thought he would come back as his scheduled allowed for the repairs, but he did them while on site while the team did the cleaning. So happy !!!!! My repairs are complete and the waterfalls over my front door is gone. Thank-you so much Phillip and team. I will be calling again in a month or so when the trees shed again.

Philip's communication via text was excellent. He was punctual. The crew was in and out in 20 minutes. Cleaned everything as agreed upon. Nice fellow & crew. Also gave me additional information on my gutters that I didn't even ask for. Will use him again.
