Did not feel satisfied with their service. After requesting cash up front, Diamond did fix my sister's washer (part of a stacking washer/dryer) and was to come back after a rigid hose was replaced by a flexible braided hose. He left the front panel of the washer off, saying he would return without charge after the hose was changed. Afterwards, we found we couldn't replace the front because it had become dented. There is a loose inaccessible duct still dangling after his or the plumber's visit. It was some months before we got back to him, and my first call was not returned. After I said on the second call that his name was given to us, he returned the call, however Diamond denied saying he would come back without charge, as well as having anything to do with denting the door. Some terms could have been negotiated, but instead it was: sorry, I didn’t dent the door, I didn’t say I would come back without charge, end of call. I would be wary of trusting this company, better to go to a business which will back up their claims.

We are very sorry to hear the wrong information provided by this customer.This customer lives in Richmond and was calling on behalf of her sister to repair the Stacking Washer and Dryer unit.The compliant was that the Washer was not working.The service call was booked for March 25/2019.When we booked the call the customer was advised of the service call charges and was advised that for payment we accept only Visa,Master card or Cash.We do not accept cheques.No cash payment was requested upfront from the customer.She paid the bill after the completion of the call.She advised us that she would be paying cash.She was charged only for the service call and she paid cash for it.She was given a receipt for her payment.We checked the Washer and found out that there was nothing wrong with the Washer.The customer was informed of this report.The front panel of the Washer was installed back properly and no damage was done to the Washer or the unit.We found that Hot/Cold water shut off lever was very hard to open and close.We advised the customer to call a Plumber and get the Lever system replaced or talk to the Building Manager.At no time did we ever promise her of going back to replace any pipes.She called me back on Sep 10/2019 Five months after we were there to complain about the Dryer vent had come loose at the back of the Dryer and there was a dent on the Washer panel and claiming that I had replaced the Dryer vent pipe for her.At no time did we move the stacking unit or work on the Dryer.She had a plumber or Tradesman to fix the water lever assembly who has moved the stacking unit to get access to the water lever assembly located on the left side of the wall.In doing so he has disconnected the Dryer vent pipe and dented the front panel of the Washer.
