Our first experience with Appleby was six years ago when we had a new furnace installed. From the onsite visit and sales quote interactions right through to installation, it was all courteous, responsive, and professional. Two years ago, we had the company install our new central air conditioner and again could not have been more pleased with what we experienced. So, when it came time to replace our ageing hot water tank, I did not think twice about who I was going to call—Appleby Systems.
I made the call to the company to inquire about getting a quote. Sales lead Ryan came on site to our place and took the time to explore our options. After that, he worked with me over phone and email to answer my questions and provide the product and pricing information I needed to make a final decision. There was no pressure at all, and once my decision was made, he promptly scheduled the install.
The installation team, Trevor and Ryan (different from “sales Ryan” referenced above), arrived on time and fully lived up to our expectations. They explained what they were going to do and worked diligently to install our new tank. They helped me out a lot by agreeing to take and hang-on to the old tank until I can confirm closing the rental agreement out with the old tank’s provider.
The team nicely cleaned up the installation area and Trevor gave me a final walkthrough of things before leaving. They left me with a great comfort that I could call them and that they would be very responsive in the unlikely event of any issues stemming from the install.
