Fridge not cooling properly. Proline responded quickly, identified the problem,ordered the new temperature control part and returned next day to install. Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Will use them again for appliance repairs and happy to recommend to others

Our Miele dishwasher was running non- stop and the front panel was recessed into the door which prevented us from pushing the buttons. After turning off the breaker switch to stop the dishwasher I called a few places to find a technician. I found out that the Miele product is different from most appliances and many technicians were not able to repair it. When I called Pro Line I was answered by the very friendly owner Yair Shmaib who immediately put me at ease that our dishwasher could be fixed and in a timely manner. We arranged for him to come the next morning. He arrived when he said he would and was able to locate the problem and fix it properly. Besides being very knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced, I would also like to comment on what a pleasure it was to deal with someone so courteous and professional. I look forward to recommending Pro Line to all my friends who are looking for repairs to dishwashers, fridges, washers and dryers. A one stop shop! I'm surprised to read the first review for this company on HomeStars because my experience was completely different. I oversee home repairs for 2 places and stay loyal to those who do a good job. Pro Line will definitely be on my list.

I called Pro Line re repair of our dishwasher he advised that the computer board was likely burnt out & repair was not viable (he was correct) I purchased a new D/W called Pro Line back he was on time same day it took one hour. Clean & competent work, personable, knowledgeable. We will use him again for appliance repairs.

I had a problem with my fridge and called Pro line service and got an answer right away. Within 2 hours i got a man to come fix my fridge he replaced a relay charged me $220 cleaned the back of my fridge. He was a really polite person and I will be using him for other repairs Thank you for your service guys

At the start the guy was friendly and answered his phone right away. he came and told me the error was due to the pump being broken. He said he would come back the next day and replace it. I called the next day he answered the phone right away, he said he was running an hour late. He eventually came replaced the pump. it ran once no issues the next day the same error message was back. I called him back, he answered right away, he said he would come the next day. i have left a message everyday for 3 weeks and no response. This guy is just looking for a quick buck, he rally has no clue what he is doing, he comes takes your money and runs.
