Was extremely happy with their service the first time (Master Bedroom walk-in closet, Laundry Room, Basement Room closet) so called them again. They did closets for 3 bedrooms, the main floor, and basement space underneath my stairs. They estimated that the project could take up to two days. Three guys rolled in and completed in ONE....Amazing! Excellent product and workmanship and most of all friendly. Would highly recommend!

Good design consultation. Explained thoroughly what was being delivered. Price was very fair for work requested. Excellent communication with company ongoing throughout the process. Delivered exactly on time and to specifications. Installer was polite, professional, and did excellent work. Was flexible in making a minor modification to suit placement of electrical outlet. Left the house clean. Would highly recommend this company. Great value for the money. First class product.

We had Closets By Design redo our 3 bedroom closets: baby room, guest room, and master. The designer was very helpful in designing our closets in a way that would maximize our space in all 3 closets. The amount of experience they have really shows. The booking process was also smooth and they were very accommodating. Installation was fast and they left no mess behind which was much appreciated. It was a bit more expensive than expected, but I feel in the end it was worth it. Overall we're very happy with our new closets and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again for other areas of the house in the future!

Entire process from initial consultation and design to installation went well.

Consultation was in June, and installation happened in August. Some slight wait times due to supply issues.

Took two days for one person to install, our installer, Teagan (apologies if I spelled name wrong) was fantastic and did a great job. Good attention to detail, kept things tidy enough that it was simple for me to clean up afterwards.

The biggest indicator of a good job is my wife. She is very happy to be able to organize our clothes and the kids clothes finally.

The installers (John and Dylan) did a great job with the installation. There was very little mess and they cleaned after the installation was completed. We are pleased with the final product.

The installer Guy was fantastic. Personable and caring of what we wanted. He did an amazing job.
