company installed wet wood which split after 2 months the company promised to replace the wood but after countless emails and phone calls they would not respond, please do not call this company to install your deck they just ignore you

First off we did respond to you prior to posting this review. You were told that due to Covid-19 we were delayed with some materials and was leading to a slower response time.
Pressure treated wood is often installed wet. If we did not install wet wood we would never get a deck built. There is nothing wrong with installing wood when it is wet. As a matter of fact sometimes it is preferred dry wood that has been sitting is usually twisted and hard to find a nice straight piece. When wood is fastened when it dries it is held in place.
Having said all that. You elected to do a wood deck. Wood is a natural product that cracks, twists and warps. You would have been informed of the different options for decking and warranty available. No company warranties wood. You can do everything right and because wood is natural it will twist and crack this is unavoidable.
However our crew has been out to your site and has talked to you and addressed some issues.
