Minor Detail Matters

I would highly recommend Benjamin for any job big or small! He is an honest, detail oriented and efficient contractor which was evident from our first conversation based on the questions he asked and various options he proposed to best achieve the project. He was very transparent in outlining the work in the estimate and I was so impressed when he even lowered the price after completing the job!! The project involved putting a new electrical receptacle above the fireplace and mounting a TV. Other contractors informed me it would require substantial drywall repair work to run the wire from the adjacent wall. Benjamin provided a fair and reasonable quote in comparison and suggested he may be able to fish the wire by removing the baseboards. While doing the job, he determined he could fish the wire without needing to do any drywall repair! He was a pleasure to work with and based on his attention to detail and care in his work, I would hire him again in a heart beat for any larger bathroom or other reno.
