Until - of course - it broke down. I initially called a competitor I had used before, but found the two week wait for their next appointment unacceptable. I searched Homestars and found these people. They understand the meaning of service. From the intake call to the same day appointment took 5 hours.
Jessie - the technician was competent, fast and Freddie - that's the fridge - is working again. This is now my subzero repair supplier of choice.
