Hardwood floor and stair installation
Update: Carpet Showplace eventually did send the installer to make the necessary repairs to the floor and stairs. I am very satisfied with the work/repairs that the installers completed. Now that I am satisfied with the final outcome of this flooring/stairs project I now would recommend Carpet Showplace for all your flooring needs. The only caveat would be to hold back 10% of the cost until all repairs (if necessary) are completed.
Original observation: Very poor installation of the flooring and stairs. The flooring has splintered wood and nails sticking out of the wood. The stair nosing is poorly installed. It has been seven months since the installation and Carpet Showplace simply tells me that they will send someone to complete the repairs but no one ever comes. Totally dissatisfied with the way Carpet Showplace has handled the installation and lack of repair work to my hardwood flooring and stairs. I wouldn't recommend this flooring company.
