I am extremely satisfied and impressed with the responsiveness, service and attention to detail I received from Quality First Roofing! I contacted 6 companies and Michael returned my call immediately and not only did he come the following morning but he came on time! He repaired the loose shingles and also repaired other areas he saw were loose without me even asking. I will definitely contact this company again when it comes time to replace my entire roof! I must admit that when I discovered that I needed a new roof I was a little overwhelmed. I ended up receiving a total of 5 quotes and choose Quality First because they were the only company who took the time to present me with a detailed breakdown of pricing and with a drawing. Yuriy spent over an hour with me explaining the scope of work as well as addressing all of my questions and concerns. Quality First were respectful of my property and acted in a professional manner. They left my home clean and tidy. My new roof is beautiful and I wouldn't hesitate to refer this company.

I contacted 6 different roofing companies. Two of these entities (Gitano Roofing and Luc's Roofing Ltd.) never even bothered to return my communications or quote on the job. Michael at Quality First Roofing Ltd. contacted me promptly, visited our house, gave us a detailed written quote with samples of products to choose from AND was one of the lowest quotes we received. Michael also responded quickly with responses to all of my questions. On the date of the job, which was actually 3 weeks earlier than I expected, they took great care to protect the surrounding house and yard, did what appears to be an EXCELLENT job and meticulously cleaned up afterwards. In fact, Michael, of his own volition, showed up the day after the job was done to do another sweep of our property for any missed nails, garbage, etc. Quality top notch service. Michael also took photos of the job as it progressed so I could see the work being done. Michael also inspected our eaves and installed a couple of flapper vents without any extra cost. Michael (and Quality First Roofing Ltd.) was extremely helpful and informative. I would have no issue recommending Quality First Roofing Ltd. to anyone and have already done so. Top Notch Service.

Michael (owner) was so professional and courteous from beginning to end. He gave a quote and details over the phone. He kept me updated as to when he would be arriving.

A few shingles had blown off and some were starting to lift. When he was up there, he also noticed a vent cover had come off. He did all the repairs and also replaced the vent cover - at no extra cost.

I would highly recommend Quality First Roofing, and when we need our roof replaced, they will be the first company I call.

strong winds last week dislodged some shingles leaving the roof exposed. I called a few roofing companies and settled on Quality Repair and got superb and prompt phone service. Michael found/made time to stop by within the day, given it is expected to rain tomorrow. when here he fixed the bad roof area and touched up another area that needed fixing on his own initiative. service like this is hard to come across these days.
