I was horrified to find traces of Rats in our basement and called Bestokill Pest control. They responded very quickly and arranged for a technician right away. I have a small dog and I was concerned about hazardous material in our home. The technician ensured me the material will be out of the sight and not harm my dog in any way.He sealed all the entry points and left some baits placed in tamper resistant containers . The problem was resolved in less than a week. I was so pleased with their service, professionalism and low cost.

i moved into a condo that hadn't been occupied for several months. as a result there were a few silverfish making their home in the pipes. i called bestokill on a weekend not expecting service until a weekday, but they sent someone out asap, and the problem was taken care of right away. no more silverfish or other unwanted visitors! call these folks if you need any help with pests!

I had called this pest control company and they had sent a worker over right away.he did a good job to spray everywhere and although after 15 days of spraying I still saw some roaches , the gentleman came back and did another spray at no cost since the spray is covered under a 3 month warranty. ..so far it's been 4 months and I have roach free apartment..If the roaches do come back in the future I will call Best kill pest control again.You can control how or who your neighbors are and how they live..I'm sure if the roaches come back they are coming from other units in the building.

I was contacted by BestOkill and they responded with a technician the same day.The tech explained what they would do, and in addition explained to the tenant the materials to be used and the safety implications. Mice were eliminated and the tenant was happy.

Mr. Malik was very professional and discreet. None of my neighbours asked me questions about what the unmarked van on the street came to my house for. The technician knew his stuff and explained what he was going to do to treat the infestation and confirmed what the operator told me would happen which was reassuring. I have kids and a dog and the technician answered all the questions I had about the safety and effectiveness of the treatment. Its been a month and we’ve been pest free so far. Overall, very professional, arrived when they said they would. I would definitely recommend them.

BestOkill and specifically Rahid was fantastic. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He completed a stand-up job to removal all the wasps nest from around my home. I wouldn't rate them anything less than perfection.
