I used siding vancouver to do about $100k worth of exterior work from Hardie, windows, and some stone work . After about 1.5 years we noticed that some deficiencies were surfacing and I made the call to Siding Vancouver . Chris and Martin were very true to their word abs came right over to repair whatever was needed until satisfaction was achieved . I was always kept in the loop through email and text and were always there when they said they would be . They kept a very clean work area and respected people’s driveways abs parking . We are looking at hiring them again to complete our exterior dreams once we get through Covid . Chris and Marten as well as all their crew were exceptional. They did the job quickly and worked with me to get the best solution as cost effectively as possible.

We'd been asking around for a few months for quotes on exterior repairs to our trim, cedar siding, and a rotten box gutter. Stefan was the only contractor who replied and offered his help. He was professional and more than fair in his assessments and his cost, and the quality of the work was excellent. What we appreciated even more was that he was honest about the work that needed to be done and what could wait, giving us options on how to prioritize and making us feel more comfortable during the process. Our budget was limited and he did everything he could to work within it. The level of professionalism and integrity is outstanding. Highly recommend.

I hired Siding Vancouver to come and replace about 50 sq ft of rotten cedar shingles on the side of my house. Chris, Stefan and Martin really helped me out on this project. I had another contractor lined up but they dropped out at the last minute. Chris came to my house the same day I called and was very good at listening to my needs. Stefan arrived the next week and began the work. The scope quickly evolved when it became apparent that all the cedar shingles on my house needed to be replaced due to age and weathering. Stefan brought in more people and they carefully removed and replaced all the cedar siding. The level of craftsmanship was excellent and I am very happy with the end result. Every shingle had to be hand placed and many had to be hand cut to fit complex corners, etc. The project took nearly a month, and the scope did get bigger as more problems were discovered. Towards the end, Martin arrived and rebuilt my back steps. I wanted the design of the new steps to be as close as possible to the old design. Martin perfectly duplicated everything. Overall, Siding Vancouver were very flexible in adapting to my constantly changing needs. They worked hard and stayed focused on the job for as long as it took, even though it was a last minute contract and much more work than everyone expected. Their workers are friendly, polite, and take great pride in their work. I am very grateful to them for helping me out in a difficult situation.

From the very beginning, I had a good feeling. Martin showed up on time and prepared. He listened and he asked questions, and was good at explaining what would need to be done. He sounded confident and certainly knew what he was talking about. He did point out some flaws in the siding (where we had replaced it ourselves) but was very respectful about, certainly informative, not insulting. The quote we received was right in line (price wise) with two others, but it was very well laid out. It had all the details that we discussed and some. It was broken down just as I ask. We made the choice to go with Siding Vancouver and it was a great one! The whole experience was great. Martin was available through the whole project. If I had and questions I could always contact him, or talk to his crew. The guys, Russ and Lyle did a beautiful job. True quality workmanship. You can tell they really care about doing good work and I love that! The whole project was very organized, all the guys were friendly and always willing to answer any questions I had. And the end result is beautiful! I would 100% recommend them. And if I ever need more exterior work or upgrades, I will be calling them.

Mysterious window leak in a complex. A kitchen window showed evidence of a leak we could not find the source easily.

Most work was done under the supervision of our contractor, but when we visited the home, we were very happy with what we saw. The workers were very quick, and efficient. Also had nothing but good reports From our neighbors (no complaints about noise, foul language, etc). It’s not quite finished yet but looks fantastic!

These guys got the job done quickly and efficiently, had a great attitude even when they had to change things around at the request of the client. They were willing to put in the time to do the job just the way it needed to be.

The team installed all new soffits on my home, wrapped the exterior with SupremaSeal permeable peel n stick. They did a wonderful job of site clean up and had good attention to detail. Their site lead always presented good ideas and experience I could rely on.
