A pleasure doing business with this father and son team from beginning to end. Harvey and Mark were both very friendly and job was completed in a timely manner as promised. I would highly recommend them and will for sure contact you when it is time for a new roof at my mom's place and mine.

The quality of their work is fantastic, but I was most impressed by Mark's commitment to customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the work, and was available to answer questions/address my concerns before, during, and even after the job was completed. Mark arrived right on time with a very cheerful smile and friendly hello and announced he and his team were here to do the downspout disconnect. They got to work and were finished in no time. He took me over to see the work and explain any info. concerning care of the downspout extension if heavy winds came up. It was a job well done and it was a pleasure dealing with Mark and this company. If I have any further work in this category, I will be sure to call Mark.

Let me start of and saying that I'm very picky guy. Finding contractors for me is a hard task. So when I found Mark at Ontario Downspout Service I was impressed from the get go. I also was extremely happy with their work to detail. I had my house in Mississauga completely redone with eavestrough, soffit and fascia. The work was done with perfection. I had several leaks before. So bad that I couldn't leave my windows open after it rained. Now not one drop leaks. THANKS Mark!!

We recently replaced the eavestrough and disconnected the downspouts of our home. The end-to-end process was well managed by the father and son team, Harvey Stone and Mark Stone. The process started with Harvey Stone responding very quickly to our inquiry and he visited us and provided advice and an estimate, which we accepted. The installation was managed by Mark Stone and his crew, who went to work immediately and I could see their professionalism and attention to detail in what they were doing. They left the impression they were committed to doing a perfect job and ensuring customer satisfaction. Mark and his crew succeeded. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of their work. This afternoon we had a thunderstorm and their work held up well. Keep up the good work, and thank you Harvey, Mark and the crew for a job well-done.

I cannot recommend Ontario Downspout Service (ODS) highly enough. It is a father-son business and offers a personal, client-focused touch. Harvey, the father, came to give us an estimate on a Saturday, the day after I connected ODS through HomeStars; ODS was the only company out of the several I contacted to get back to me within 3-4 days. ODS was also the only company who showed up for the estimate on time, and one of only two who could give me the quote at the end of the site visit (the rest took 2-5 business days later). Mark, the son, came to do the two-day install with his crew. They were all exceedingly polite, professional, and punctual. The quality of the work is superb, and the new soffits, eaves, and downspouts completely transformed the curb appeal of my house. Mark always sought my input for any decisions that had to be made, and was thorough in explaining different options and their pros and cons. I would definitely use ODS again and recommend them to my friends and family.

They performed admirably in replacing all our eavestroughs and downspouts. Their service is top notch and they completed all the work in a quick, neat and timely manner. My house needed to have the downspouts disconnected and select eavestroughs replaced. Mark was prompt in coming to inspect my house, he was honest in informing me what needed to be done, he never once pushed for anything that would be unnecessary, and he gave me a fair price.
