Holley Home Inspections

This is the third time i have used Holley Home inspections and have been very happy with the reports provided every time.

Michael did a great job demonstrating very efficient review of my condo unit, identifying any issues that I would need to address and submitting the inspection report in a very timely manner. During the review, it was obvious that Michael has an extensive experience and expertise in his work, therefore I had high level of trust in the report he sent me. I'll definitely recommend Michael to anyone in my circle looking for a home inspection company.

Both a friend and I have used Michael's home inspection services recently. We find him and Michael #2 to be very thorough, professional and personable. Their wealth of knowledge and willingness to share it is truly what makes them stand out. They take pictures of everything and literally get on their knees to inspect the home, you don't just get a quick walk-around. I both trust and appreciate their insights. Extremely apt with building code and quick to point things out. Personally, I find the price is fair and worth every dollar for the information they provide.

Mike made himself available on very short notice to undertake a home inspection that we needed on a weekend. Michael came to our home to complete inspection of the work done by a general contractor that left our home renovation/construction unfinished and left the work in a very poor conditions. He looked at every detail and explained to us what is wrong and how that should be done. Michael spent a lot of time educating us and explaining many details that are important in this construction giving us very useful information that we didnt know. I recently engaged Holley Home Inspections for a home inspection on a property I was considering purchasing. Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the quality of the inspection and the subsequent report provided by the company.
While the inspector himself seemed knowledgeable during the on-site visit, I was shocked to find that the report I received was incomplete and unreliable. Several crucial details that were verbally discussed during the inspection were completely missing from the report. Areas that required attention were either mentioned in passing or not covered at all, leaving me with a superficial understanding of the property's condition.
What added to my frustration was the lack of professionalism displayed when I raised my concerns. Upon realizing the inadequacies of the report, I reached out to the owner of the company, expressing my disappointment and requesting a refund due to the subpar service I had received. To my surprise, my concerns were completely ignored, and the owner even went so far as to suggest that the report was thorough and accurate.
This dismissive attitude towards a legitimate concern only compounded my disappointment. As a customer, I expected a certain level of accountability and a willingness to address any shortcomings. Instead, I was met with resistance and a refusal to acknowledge the obvious gaps in the report.
It is with great regret that I cannot recommend Holley Home Inspections based on my experience. A reliable home inspection is a crucial aspect of the property buying process, and unfortunately, this company failed to deliver on its promises. I strongly urge anyone seeking a home inspection to carefully consider their options before choosing this particular service.
