Very nice paving and Interlock work!
Megacity subcontracts their work, and the their subcontractors were great. The work was done fast, looks great, and they were very pleasant to deal with. Pricing was reasonable and in line with my expectations.
Project included:
- remove and replace asphalt 51' x 17' driveway and installing precast concrete curbs along the side
- removing old/sunken concrete walkway steps of approximately 63'
- removing, releveling and replacing interlock on patio
- removal of a basket ball pole and its embedded concrete base
Everything was done to my satisfaction and its getting great reviews from our neighbours.
One star was taken away because client communication could be better. I needed to be proactive in determining work and meeting times. There were occurrences of a whole paving crew arriving without notification (fortunately I was still home and could move car off driveway) and another when a rep was coming to my house at an agreed time but did not show up, nor tell me he knew he was not coming. I happen to be retired so this was more of an annoyance than anything major, but would be a bigger issue if I was working. If this sort of thing is not an issue for you, then I can recommend the firm.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. Although a few assumptions are incorrect. We do not subcontract our work, just a different division that does the paving and another that does repairs. An understandable mistake. Also, we provided the date we'll be arriving to complete the work and actually was a very short timeframe from booking the job to completing the job. Especially in a very busy industry such as ours. It can be hard to arrive the exact minute the client expects due to traffic and lineups at the plant. But the important thing is that you were completely satisfied with our work and that is our #1 priority. Everything else is considered a minor issue.
