Abraham and his crew were unbelievable!! They were fast at responding, giving me an estimate, and installation was done 2 days later. They had a ton of choices that I really liked. They were super clean and cleaned up after themselves not to mention how meticulous their work is. I'm really impressed with them and would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

I perused the Homestars website hoping to find a great carpet installer. I called a few but when I talked to Abraham to inquire, he was very pleasant to talk to. I explained to him the immediate need to replace the carpet of our stairs and he scheduled it right away. He was always punctual from our first meeting and the day of the installation. After damage to a small area in finished basement, we searched HomeStars to find someone who could stretch carpeting back into place. We found Abraham and Multiple Choice Flooring. He came out on a Saturday afternoon to give us a quote. While he was there, we asked him to give us a further quote to install some new laminate flooring in an area adjacent to the carpet which had also been damaged. We hired him on the spot to do both jobs. He was very accommodating to work us into his already busy schedule so I could get my basement back together for Christmas entertaining. Abraham and his partner are punctual, very polite, consultative (as they told my husband what they were doing along each step of the way) and time-efficient. The entire job was finished in three hours and we couldn't be more pleased with their work. We would definitely recommend Multiple Choice Flooring for your flooring installation needs. Abraham and his assistant arrived on time and did an excellent job from start to finish! Our house was a challenge as there are several levels, including many stairs and also included a separate area that required a ladder to access! The quality of the carpet and underpayment is better than a couple other competitors we received quotes from and they offered a better price! The company was accomodating to my schedule, they were able to plan a month in advanced when they could come. They showed up on time on the day of install and wrapped up when they said they would be done. Carpet was installed nicely, looks great. They also left the house very clean.

Very quick, courteous, clean and true customer service. I submitted an online contact request on a Friday night, heard from Abraham Saturday morning and he arrived on Sunday to measure and provide a quote. Our carpet install was done according to our schedule (which changed a few days before the scheduled install and Abraham was able to accommodate us). On installation day, he arrived early, completed the job and did a thorough clean-up before walking us through for inspection. Overall great experience.
