I called Sean as my eavestrough was leaking leading to a leaking basement. He was the first at my house before as I had called a few companies that simply dropped the ball on responding. He assessed the issue and worked fast and efficiently to repair the eavestrough and downspout connection. I use to do building assessment so I know that the quality of his work was exceptional. Sean will be my go to contractor for this type of work.

I lost some shingles off my roof in a windstorm and needed a quick and sound repair. Sean and Nicholas were referred to me and came to our midtown Toronto home within a day to fix my roof. They were lovely to deal with - professional, friendly, efficient and had the gear to take care of the job properly on the spot. We flagged another issue we were having with the roof and they investigated and provided a solution for that too. Sean took photos of the entire roof and their work. I am 100% satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Sean and team.

I called Sean to replace a roof turbine that flew off my roof. He did a professional job. He took a short video of the work he did to show me. He is a very well spoken and mild mannered man that anyone would take a liking to. I recommend to everyone who needs roof repairs.

I called sean regarding fixing my roof on friday at 2:30 pm, he was so understanding, polite and flexible on price , when i got home at 6:30 i found my roof fixed!!
I was really surprised and thankfull and that he sent me pictures from before and after which gave me a piece of mind.

Sean did a great job in fixing/patching our roof. Provided great customer service and went beyond what was asked. We had a few shingles replaced, a vent that had a leak, and missing caulking around valleys. We also had to change a couple potlight bulbs and Sean even changed them for free no extra charge.

Will highly recommend Sean and Boys In Blue Maintenance to anyone looking to change their roof or simply get a good portion of their roof fixed. As for price Sean was also very reasonable compared to the other roofers.

The boys were amazing, fast, reliable in replacing my full roof. They added extra services for no extra charge. They cleaned and sealed my gutters. Very competitive pricing. Even after me gutter leaked withing a week they came back and repaired it. Thanks boys great friendly service. Highly recommended.

Speedy next-day service. Shawn quickly found problem, fully explained what he would do, gave a fair and honest price, and performed the work quickly. No extra charge or upselling, -- did the job right without nickel and diming. Very honest and fair. I trust Shawn totally to do the job properly and fairly. Had Boys in Blue come to work on a leaky eavestrough. Nice guy came and worked at it for a couple of hours. Sadly it didn't help. Once the rains came it leaked. Probably should have tested it with a garden hose, etc. Anyway, a disappointing experience.
