My wife and I purchased an older home in 2021 and hired Xana Group to complete a whole home renovation including new bathrooms on both floors, a new kitchen, floors, stairs EVERYTHING! We could not be more thrilled with the results and can not speak highly enough to the quality of the work and professionalism that Xana demonstrated. From the first site meeting on through to the estimate and finally the finished product Owner Shane, Project Manager Matt and the entire team demonstrated exceptional communication skills, quality customer service, were highly organized and very detailed oriented with regards to planning and ensuring all work was done correctly. Xana helped us every step of the way: from pointing us towards suppliers and distributors to choose flooring, counters, light and plumbing fixtures and cabinetry to addressing any concerns immediately with a customer first approach to all solutions. They stayed within our budgetary constraints, were spot on with the initial estimate they had provided us and were highly competitive when it came to comparing their estimate to other contractors. Xana group is simply fabulous to work with. The project managers, designers, estimators, and on the ground crew are simply amazing. The project was one of those "out of the box" projects with a lot of attention to detail and subtleties that needed to be adhered to. From start to finish, they completed the job on time, on budget, and with a spectacular end result.

I used Xana International when we purchased our new home last year and it was the best decision we ever made. There were a lot of upgrades and changes that were needed but Xana made the entire process smooth. The quality of work is best Ive ever seen but most importantly, the customer service is first class. They were always available to answer questions, kept us updated throughout on progress and also tried to handle random issues that came up without telling us so we wouldn't worry. Xana recently completed several renovation in our new home, including the master bath which was gutted and completely finished by Xana. The renovations started just before the COVID-19 pandemic, yet they were able to complete the job on time and within budget. They did an outstanding job, from helping us select the tiles and finishes, to showing up on time, dealing with unforeseen challenges, to the final reveal. We would highly recommend them!

We had our basement finished into a one bedroom apt, a laundry room and a separate part for our own use. Xana was great in
keeping us informed at all times. Their crew was punctual and extremely organized and kept the area safe and clean. The quality of the work was excellent and we would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone needing any renovation work done.

After 3 months of searching, I am glad that I awarded my renovation work to Xana Int'l. From the start their team provided great support in design, costing and scheduling to suit my needs. Once they started the job, their lead team members were always on site to ensure to ensure that their tradesmen were on time and did the job according to specs.
The support and knowledge of their team was like a breath of fresh air. Their willingness to work and provide assistance across the board made the entire project seamless and least painful as we lived in the house while they were replacing all the bathrooms, re-did the entire kitchen and flooring on the main floor including converting a spare room into a gym. I have been planning to renovate my kitchen and bathroom for over a year now and was unable to find someone that could help with it.

After multiple tries with other companies and a few disheartening experiences, Xana was a God Send. The job was done within the time indicated, the workers were very professional. Communication was excellent ,and there were no surprises about budgeting. The estimations were pretty accurate. Right from the start, the job site was monitored by Shaen, who provided options, assisted in evaluating and selecting the right one, and addressed all other concerns almost immediately. Good customer service is the lifeblood of any business, and I must say for Xana- Its Exceptional!
