Just had a new furnace and heat pump installed by Donaldson...can't say enough about these guys! Very professional, from our sales guy (Reed) to the installers (Josh and company)...and more than competitive price-wise...saving thousands over the life of the furnace!

Recently had a combination boiler/water heater installed by Donaldson. Everything and everyone very professional and are extremely satisfied.Great follow up on the work as well.Highly recommend.

I asked 2 companies to assess and fix the pipe that burst in my rental home. Donaldson went over and beyond to help us out compared to the other company. It took 3 visits to fix the issue due to inaccessibility of the problem area. Each visit, they sent different plumbers to accommodate my request to get the issue resolve as soon as possible. Each one of them is very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Hats off to Rob's team of Megh, Liem, Stephanie and Damian for a job well done.

Their team was professional, thorough and responsive from start to finish. Jennifer was a joy to work with. She came in to assess the job, she was extremely knowledgeable and worked with our budget, not compromising on quality. Saleh and Evan completed the installation of the furnace, water heater, and a/c unit. One word describes this dynamic team....simply said, they were Awesome!!!! They left our home cleaner than they found it. They've exceeded our expectations .This company has earned their reputation. Don't hesitate to hire them. You won't regret it!!!

Felt good at the time of the estimate with Gary. Very professional with good warranty and service follow-up. Appreciated photo of techs prior to their arrival. Installation went smothly with Stefan and Jon who were polite, informative and professional. They ensured no damage or soiling to our home with good mats and covers to flooring. Left everything as they found it!

Stefan and warren can out today to install my air conditioner. They were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and professional.

First we had Gary come in to give us a quote. He was amazing to deal with. We had a couple quotes for a new AC system. Donaldson was by far the best quote and the most professional to deal with.
We had Sterg and Warren install our new AC. Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Everything was left clean when they left. Such a great company to deal. Highly recommend!!!

The price was good. That was my only positive thing from Donaldson. Their employees left a mess in my place that took along rine to clean. I had to rent a carpet cleaner just to get the dirt out!!! The salesman popped in during installation and promised a certificate for a maid service to clean it up but that certificate never showed up. It has been almost a year since the incident and Donaldson hasn't reached out to make it right , not once. Dont be fooled!

The HVAC man Brook who came was very knowledgeable, hospitable and confident. He worked effectively and very aware of the home owners preferences. Tidy up after the job was done. I would highly recommend him.
