Roof Right Solutions

If I could give Roof Right an 11, I would. It's rare in this city to come across a company that understands customer service - Dave and Veronic get it. From my first contact with Veronic (who is absolutely charming and helpful...), through our on-site consultation with Dave, it was a great experience. When the owner of the company is on the roof doing the work himself - it makes a huge difference! You know they are vested. The crew was extremely polite and respectful, and when they left, it was like it never even happened - they left the site absolutely spotless. I chose them over a very established Calgary company on my interaction with Dave & Veronic alone. Great company, great people. Don't hesitate !

Roof Right estimate was thousands less than the 2 other quotes we received for comparable quality products. Veronic was pleasant, prompt and courteous on the phone. Dave and the crew were very fast, provided fantastic workmanship and the clean up was spotless. Thanks guys ... the roof looks awesome!

We moved into our new (first) home a couple of weeks before the insane hail storm hit us! It destroyed our roof, and we learned the hard way that our insurance company was very sneaky with "verbal agreements".. I was really apprehensive about the process of finding someone to repair our roof and when we saw some of the estimates it became really terrifying! I did some research, found some really great reviews for Roof Right and had them come for an estimate.. and they were by far the best price! They worked with us to book for a time when we were more financially prepared and were very kind and considerate. When the guys came to do the work, they were efficient, polite and hard working. We saw some pretty disturbing behavior from the companies that did our neighbors roofs but couldn't have been more pleased with the process on ours. Would definitely recommend!

I had a roof replaced by Roof Right on April 8, 2015 and they were an absolute pleasure to do business with from start to finish. Prompt response to emails/ telephone calls and their quote was very competitive. Roof Right’s knowledge of roofing systems/ products was unparalleled and their honest and unbiased advice was appreciated. The installation was quick, the guys were extremely respectful and polite and they took extra care cleaning up when finished. We installed a new roof in October 2014. Dave and his team did the job quick and clean and their suggested price was the fairest among the high ranked roofing companies that we contacted (and we contacted many due to our budget problems back then). They even put us ahead in the queue as our old roof had a pretty bad situation and water was damaging the ceiling of the rooms. They cleaned up everywhere after their work and even scheduled for another round of clean up after the snow melted down. It was overall a very good experience.

I have used this company twice in the past 3 years (hail claim). They are a very god roofing company. The job was very clean and they clean up after themselves. Also have a great eye for detail. We would recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Roof Right Solutions was professional, knowledgeable and very competitive in terms of pricing. I found them to be polite, patient with all my questions, thorough in explaining all the available options, and very prompt in providing a quote when other contractors were not even responding to my emails and voice messages. They went above and beyond by going deep into the attic to check for damage (something even the insurance adjuster wouldn’t do) and by providing me with pictures of the damage to my roof (something other roofing companies wanted to charge for). Aside from a small communication problem that was the result of an email glitch, they absolutely delivered what they promised. I would definitely use them again.
