Call center did not tell there is charge if they come to give estimate (unlike other company who will inform you right away)
Techinician called and did not mention about the fee. Came to my house, measure for 1min.
The price is doubled on what is his estimate on the phone although i gave the measurement already. Raised his voice and argued. Keep asking for service fee for estimate.
In the end, i just gave service fee becasue he raised his voice.
To me, why in the firstplace no one told me about the fee?
