BEWARE! If there is a warranty issue, the company and its president will fight not to honor their commitments and expect you to cover the price difference due to inflation. After the first year, we had an issue with a table that initially the head office claimed was out of warranty. When I pointed out the warranty was for two years, they changed their mind and they recommended not to fix it and return for exchange. Upon doing so we were charged an additional $200 as the price of the table increased. I inquired where it was stated in their warranty policy that the customer covers the inflation difference. The president of the company wrote to me that, yes, its not fair that I am being penalized for the difference in cost but given Covid, we are all in this together, and something about not being charged for use of the table (??). This has to be one of the most ridiculous responses to a customer issue Ive ever seen. Note: this is a review of the company, not this particular store.
