Purchased two 12' Parasol umbrellas. One failed on first use, second failed on two uses. The upper horizontal support rail broke on both, one umbrella sustained more damage that the other as it was not caught before striking the ground. Warranty was denied as it was "wind damage". These umbrellas can not survive a regular a breeze. The bolts pulled through the very light gauge tubing. I'm replacing the part with a thicker walled aluminum tube. Save yourself the hassle and do not purchase this product.
