Cadence Construction and Design

Our renovation included 3 washrooms, installation of HVAC and vents, removal of wallpaper and carpets and installation of laminate and sanding and finish of hardwood floors, painting, kitchen redesign, and full basement renovation. As our general contractor, Cadence Construction and Design went above and beyond what we would have expected. For such a big project, we went in expecting lots of issues and delays. To our surprise, whenever issues arose, Cadence dealt with them while keeping us informed of what was happening. While stressful at times due to the scope of the project, we never felt neglected and it was truly a collaborative effort working with Cadence. Pat, Rachael, and the rest of her team were a pleasure to work with. We are already planning our next projects with them, and would gladly recommend them for jobs big and small.
