I had an urgent roofing issue and they came out the next day and did a full assessment of my entire roof, as I requested.
They identified all issues, including the one I had called about, explained them to me, provided the cost and asked whether I wanted to proceed.
There was no attempt to over sell or create issues where there were none. They even explained where the roof was in great condition.
The team was very ethical and professional.
The team was a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to using them for any future roofing needs.
