We hired LUSO Roofing to reshingle our garage. They were quick to respond to all requests when booking the job, were knowledgeable in helping ton pick out shingles and were competitively priced. They arrived on time and completed the job efficiently and neatly. Extremely professional in all interactions, and I greatly appreciated that they went above and beyond to fix a loose shingle from a previous job on our house roof. Also really appreciated that they hand-nailed the roof - it was much quieter than nailing guns from a past job and much higher quality workmanship for comparable quotes we received with nail guns. I contacted Luso Roofing as I was looking to have my roof inspected. We are 2nd owners of our 10 year old home and I have always wondered what condition the roof was in. We had a home inspection done prior to purchase but that was 5 years ago and I wanted a more thorough inspection. I also had some roof vent guards that I wanted installed and while doing some research I stumbled upon a youtube video of Luso doing an installation of such guards. I contacted Luso and immediately spoke to Nuno. Nuno and Paulo came out within a few days of our initial call. They performed a thorough inspection and made some recommendations. They returned within a few days and completed the repairs and installed the vent guards. These gentlemen are professional, honest, very thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with. They took time to explain things and answered all of my questions. The quality of the work is excellent. Old school quality workmanship that you don't see much nowadays. I would highly recommend Luso to anyone looking for roof repairs or replacement. We are extremely pleased! 10+

Our roof started leaking just before the Christmas holidays. We called many roofers but only Luso responded to our emergency. They came the next morning, assessed the damage and put an emergency tarp up which lasted the entire winter. While waiting for the good weather, Luso sent us info on pricing, the type of shingles to use, and how they would be installed.

When the weather warmed up, Luso repaired our roof and completed the job in one day. Our roof looks awesome and they put in quality work all within the agreed upon price.

Our family was have issues with their Commecial properties and they used Luso and were very very pleased! We used them our personal custom home and they were a pleasure to deal with and the end product looks amazing!!!

Had some water leaking from one of our bedroom ceilings after a downpour. Luso was able to come to assess the damage the same day and were quick to repair and replace a section of our roof where raccoons had started a hole from trying to get in, not only saving us from further water damage, but also from having some unwanted guests. They found some cracked shingles that were causing some leaking on another section of the roof and replaced those as well which was above and beyond the original scope of work. Friendly, professional, reasonably priced and quick. Thank you for your help guys!
