Distinct just replaced our 22 year old Carrier furnace and also installed AC. We've been planning this work for a few years and have Nate out multiple times for estimates but COVID delayed it so Nate was more than accommodating to come and re-estimate the work, fortunately for the last time.
Our furnace install was not straight forward as we wanted to move the furnace to the wall and had a bunch of duct work that needed cleaning up from previous renos.
Nate and the team did and incredible job. Always on-time, very professional, fantastic attention to detail. They worked with me to accommodate my future development plans for the basement, which certainly made it it harder for them.
