Distinct Heating & Cooling

I originally heard about Distinct Heating & Cooling when I was searching on Homestars to find a good company to install my air conditioning. Distinct Heating and cooling stuck out as they were ranked 10 out of 10 (I was a skeptic I though this couldn't be right). After the first meeting with Nate I knew we would be we'd be taken care of. He took the time to go through everything and also helped us with a badly placed humidifier on our furnace (it was leaking into our furnace and rusting it). The guys did a great job with the installation, it's the little things that make a big difference. The job looks like it was always there and not like an after the fact bolt on (it actually looks better in the workmanship and attention to detail than the original work does to be perfectly honest). The draining pipe they used is an actual pipe instead of a flimsy hose and perfectly tied in to the existing furnace. The air conditioner is on an actual mounting bracket to the house instead of a pad. I could go on but you probably get the drift. If you want it done right Nate and his guys will take good care of you. On the couple of hot days we've had since the install I've been a very happy (and cool) satisfied customer. We had Distinct in last fall to install new furnaces and then again this spring to install A/C. As before, service was on time, professional and well done. The team spent the time to do an excellent job. I have no hesitation to recommend Distinct.

We had Nate and his crew replace our furnace this January and then add A/C this May. The service and care from Distinct is top notch; everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with.

After reading reviews on Homestar I called Distinct Heating to have a quote for a new AC unit. Nate came out right away and went through a lot of different options with me and explained everything in detail. After leaving I was sure I was going to use them. The day the work was scheduled his guys showed up on time and were very friendly. They finished their work and left the job site nice and clean. We are very happy with our new unit and would definitely call them when it's time to replace our furnace.

Expert in the heating and cooling industry! Furnace, air conditioning, humidifier and cleaned up the whole system so they work together well. On time, On Budget. Can't say enough good....

I received 2 quotes for my new A/C and used the top 2 companies from this site to provide the quotes. Nate did a great job explaining how they would complete the install and informed me that his guys actually have valid education from Sait specific to A/C. Although not the cheapest, Nate earned my confidence. The job was done exactly as stated and the installers were on time and very professional. Nate returned to go over the system with me and I had a small problem with the Thermostat which was replaced immediately under warranty. I look forward to enjoying my A/C this summer - Thanks again guys, I will recommend you to others!

Nate & his crew did a great job! Tricky install at our house. Very neat work & excellent clean up after. Can't wait for summer so we can use our new AC. Would recommend.

Nate spent a lot of time covering all the details when he came to price the job. I was very impressed by his knowledge and that was the decider on Distinct getting the job. The guys showed up on time, were very courteous, professional and did a fantastic job in installing our new furnace and hot water tank. When the work was completed, all mess was cleaned up and all garbage removed. Nate gave an overview of the operation of the new system which gave time to ask questions. No money was exchanged until the work had been completed and we were totally satisfied with the work. I have no problem recommending Distinct to anyone. Great job guys and thank you so much.

I had 4 companies quote to replace the furnace and water tank. Nate was not the cheapest, but he was the most thorough. Nate pointed out some other items I would need to complete my renovation, offered to take care of them and the work was quoted in with the furnace repair.
The furnace and water heater are working great, the installation was very well done, and the price was comparable.
I am glad I took a chance on Nate and Team!
