The truth is that I didn't save our appointment in our shared calendar. The only reason I didn't call after the fact is because UNDERSTANDABLY when i got your message in the morning, it was clear that you had dealt with this and didn't want my assistance. It may sound like a formality but I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience!
