Bringing bed bugs home from Club Med in Mexico was one of the worst experiences of my life...but Mike and his team are absolute LIFE SAVERS!! They handled the situation promptly, professionally, thoroughly and responsibly. They were meticulous and I am forever grateful to them for all their hard work.
