Best Brand Appliances

Their Showrooms are out of this world and aside from amazing pricing on Sub Zero and Wolf (Thx Marc and Dave for the 40% off Sub Zero Fridge !!!) we did not use their recommended installer (Appliance Squad), we used someone else which was a HUGE mistake - we called BBA for help and they sent out Appliance Squad who fixed our panel on our fridge and not only that, they charged us $0.00 for it. There is a reason their reviews are fantastic and one of the reasons I purchased from them Thank G-d - I will refer everyone to BBA !!! thx again your help and service will not be forgotten !

I was referred to Marc Azulay from a good friend of mine who purchased from him a couple years ago. I can’t explain how courteous and helpful he was the whole way through the process, he took the time and patience with us and guided us with plenty of options and assured us on the quality. It took us about a month to make a decision but once we did we contacted Marc and he again made the process as easy as possible. He sent a thank you card personally written which I appreciated and provided us with a nice gift. I would recommend him and best brand appliance to anyone looking for great appliances, service and pricing. Thank you Marc and the BBA team!

I had a terrible experience with these guys. My appliances weren't delivered and when I asked if they can process a refund they refused the first time. My husband and I have followed multiple times with them for refund. They were very quick to take the payment - i.e. take the credit card number and charge us in 5 minutes. But a refund is such a hassle for them. We keep getting bounced around from one associate to another. So right now I have no appliances and no refund and no one in their organization willing to help.

Best Brand Appliances is the best company to deal with if you want appliances ... when another family appliance dealer in Etobicoke let us down , a friend stepped in and referred us to Best Brand Appliances .... We dealt with Derek and Josh . From the get go our experience was professional and efficent.

Product arrived when expected , delivery team was courteous.

The customer service team was great in resolving a dented door issue with the manufacturer

We purchased over 45000 dollars worth of Appliances for our cottage , Subzero and Miele Appliances , Best Brands showroom was by far the nicest and all staff were very helpful , professional and personal. We dealt with Joshua who made our purchase exciting and wonderful , Thank you for your service the delivery guys were amazing and Sub zero installers were on site when the truck from Best Brand pulled in, 5 stars !!!

Best Brand is, in my opinion, the only place to shop for appliances. They really do have the best prices out there. But it's not the great price that convinced me to write this review, it's the customer service. They are fabulous while you are buying your appliances (THANK YOU SAM!) and even better after you get them home. I've had several problems with a Samsung washer/dryer unit. Samsung was useless, so Sam and Renella at Best Brand took over and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. This is the second time I have bought appliances from Best Brand and should I ever need any more....this is the only place I'll look.

Sammy and his team at Best Brand Appliances were great. They were helpful and accommodating. Would certainly recommend that anyone looking for appliances visit them for their great prices and helpful staff.

I purchased 5 Kitchen appliances and everything from my salesman, David to after care was fantastic. David was knowledgeable in explaining the vast product lines in the store, accommodating delivery dates and addressing any concerns. Thank you and I will be back in the future!!
