George was at our home at 1:00 am when our basement was flooded and back the next morning and every morning after until the job was done, working all day in the rain and cold to get out family's life back to normal. Obviously, you are never happy to incur a home flood, but we are extremely grateful to have had George guide us through ours."

Was able to find a plumber to quickly fix the category 3 flooding issue we had. He was always friendly and professional, Documented everything perfectly & communicated with the insurance company to take all the stress off of us. The work he did was quick efficient and for the most part noninvasive. We would definitely recommend him and his company to others :)

Recently we had the opportunity to contact Restoration 1 to assist us with an abatement.

Upon the initial call for assistance and the urgency required we were impressed the response was immediate.

Within the hour the technician ‘George’ attended the residence, ascertained what was needed and before the end of the day the work was completed both efficiently and effectively.

Customer service is an obvious priorty for Restoration 1. We would recommend their services without hesitation.

We recently had a flood in our basement, we called Restoration1, they responded very quickly, George and his crew got to work right away; Before they started the clean-up, George explained the whole process very carefully to us, George told and that he would deal with the insurance company directly and that we had nothing to worry about. If we had any questions or concerns we would talk to him right away. I was very impressed with his demeanour and expertise. They worked in a clean manner, protected the hardwood floors, they covered the furniture and did the job right. All furniture that needed to be protected was immediately taken and put in a dry and safe location of the house. Restoration1 did a great job and were very professional from start to finish. I was very pleased with the work they in my basement, I highly recommend them to whoever needs a Restoration company.
