Coverall Roofing

With some signs of water damage starting to appear on the ceiling under my flat roof I decided to have several roofing companies come out to quote on replacing the roof. Mark was able to come out to inspect the roof and prepare a quote while I was at work(a big plus). He provided detailed pictures of the current state of the roof and a very fair and detailed quote and at no point did I feel pressured or rushed. As in all cases when I have contractors come out I disregard the highest and lowest outlier quotes and make my decision based on researching the company, the products to be used and my interactions with the company. Coverall Roofing earned top marks in all categories. Mark was able to answer my questions and was a pleasure to deal with when discussing the Job. The company reviews were good online and the materials they quoted were highly regarded. Mark was also able to correspond with Mase Masonry to coordinate the work to be completed the day after we had a new chimney built. The crew was in and out in a day and I couldn't be happier with their work. The crew was also very professional and considerate(my wife who was home with our baby that day had nothing but positive things to say about her interactions with them). I have no second thoughts about my decision and no concerns with the finish product. If you have a roofing project you should at least have them quote on the work.

Mark and his guys completed our job in 1 day. 1 year later I'm still delighted with the service that we received from Mark and the professional flat-top replacement that they did on an extension of our house.
I have recommended Mark to numerous neighborrs and will certainly go back to him in the future when it's time to replace our main roof.

I come from a family of contractors (they're in the States) so when I find a contractor that I consider as good as my family, that I TRUST as much as family, that I consider as reliable as family that is a MONUMENTAL experience. I can truly say that of Mark and Coverall Roofing. They are beyond excellent roofers. They work constantly until the job is done and they are super skilled at the craft of roofing. Yes I said craft. We had four flat and two gabled roofs our job required skill and finesse. They nailed it. And any subsequent questions I had were answered immediately. Mark always returns calls promptly. Mark and his team quoted a very fair price and did a very neat and professional job. You could tell that Mark took pride in his work and was interested in doing a good job that lasts for a long time. The workers worked hard and late in extreme heat to complete the project in two days, instead of coming back for a third partial day. They were straightforward, pleasant and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend them to others.

From start to finish, Mark and his crew at Coverall were amazing. Coverall was recommended to us by TWO different neighbours. Of the five companies we interviewed for the project [all of them well-rated on homestars], Mark was by far the most friendly and least "huckstery" of all the roofers. And his price was competitive. He was knowledgeable about the work required [some flat-roof torch work was required in the "snow box" around our chimney], about the products he recommended [we chose Landmark Certainteed shingles] and how to properly fulfill their warranties, and about the insurance coverage he had for the project. Since our roof had been leaking [even after a repair by a pricy emergency roof repair company - wish we'd known about coverall first!], he fit us into his first available opening. Most of the work was finished in one day. Sudden heavy thunderstorms stopped them from doing the finishing caulking and metal-work until the next afternoon - but we didn't have any leaks during the storm, even before the work was 100%. The crew members were all kind, considerate, and safe during the work and after the job. Even in the pouring rain, they did a great job of tidying up our property and making sure things hadn't travelled into the neighbours' yards and eaves. And Mark has a drone he can use to show you shots of your roof before and after the work is done [see below] which isn't necessary, but it sure is a lot of fun! The roof looks great. We are leak free and properly ventillated. Thanks Mark! We will definitely be recommending Coverall to everyone.

Mark and his crew were amazing from start to finish. They worked well into the night to get my roof done when a thunderstorm was anticipated.
