Coverall Roofing

As part of a renovation earlier this year Coverall Roofing was engaged by our contractor to replace a flat roof. I was so impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the owner, Mark Lyons and his crew that when it became apparent that the 40 year old eavestroughs required replacement I called Mark.
Once again, outstanding work by Mark and his crew. Installation was done quickly and quietly. The crew, just like in the past was polite. Our grounds were left cleaner then they were when Coverall arrived.
When our sloped roof shingles need to be replaced I will go to Coverall Roofing.

10 +++. My overall rating for Coverall Roofing is way pass a PEFECT 10. Quality of Workmanship and Product, Professionalism and Customer Service and “Attention to Detail” is ALL of HIGH IMPORTANCE to me. Mark from Coverall Roofing offers the higher end quality roofing by CertainTeed called “Landmark Pro”, unlike the standard roofing commonly used. As per my research, I have chosen to specifically use only this product which is heavier/thicker than the average roofing for wind resistance and last longer than average . He also installed bird spikes and all new vents including additional solar fan vents. Overall, Mark and his crew went over and beyond my expectation and would DEFINITELY recommend. Thank you Mark! Coverall did my roof, Mark Lyons was professional. He came right away because it had a leak. He knew it was urgent in getting it done. He was reliable and completed the work that was required, left no mess and I was happy with the the results. Coverall did a great job.

Mark of Coverall Roofing is sincere and honest. Punctual and his team are remarkably efficient, HARD WORKING and timely...not to mention EXTREMELY TIDY!! Our roof looks great and so far so good! We had a leak in an extension on our house that appeared to be the result of a shoddy DIY shingle job completed by the previous homeowners. Mark responded quickly to my call and came to my house right away. He was able to get our job done within ahead of schedule and provided the most reasonable price. Mark was friendly and courteous and his guys showed up on time and left the job site clean. I have already recommended Coverall Roofing to neighbours!

From all the contractors that came to my property to give me a cost estimate for the replacement of my roof, Mark was the only one that took the time to do a site inspection of the existing conditions (roof and eavestroughs) and took pictures, then provide me with an estimate.

Every time I had questions for him, he took the time to listen and response promptly to my concerns.

I am impressed on how good the roof looks, how clean my property was during the job and after the job, definitely I am highly recommending him.

Met Mark when he was doing my neighbor's roof. I needed repair work done on mine and his quote was only slightly higher for a new roof than the best of the repair quotes I received. Very professional work, excellent results, and very easy to deal with. And they did a great job on the clean-up afterwards.

Following the main repair work, I decided on some changes to the eavestroughs, and Mark took care of that at minimal cost.

I'd recommend Coverall to anyone I know looking to get roofing or eavestrough work done.
