It has been a pleasure working with Coverall. Finally a roofing company who is polite, professional, highly communicative, extremely competent and does everything they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. Absolute nirvana!

So many other roofing companies have various levels of service/management tripping on one another throughout the process and never seem to get anything done; need to send drones or rely on Google Earth to assess the project and want to schedule endless Zoom meetings to discuss your roofing situation. This wastes an inordinate amount of time, delays the job getting done and ends up costing more money. Too much talking and not enough doing.

He was flexible and creative when he had equipment issues and we had driveway usage problems. He kept us informed almost daily of the progress or of issues dealt with. The team worked hard; they were always polite. There was good clean-up each day as needed. Even with weather issues, they completed the work close to the expected date.

I discovered Coverall Roofing when I called another roofing company and they recommended Coverall. You know a roofing co must be good if another company recommends them! After we had repeated no shows from other companies, Joe came out within a day to see our roof. He was so knowledgeable and his quote so reasonable that our contractor said we definitely use him. They slotted in our job within a couple of weeks and completed the work quickly. Everything about the job, which included flat and peaked roof, skylight install, flashing and eaves was thoroughly explained and executed. They even threw in some extras to help us stay within the quote as my roof required some rebuilding. We have had a LOT of weather in the past couple of weeks since it was completed, including heavy rains, intense winds and snow and the roof has held up beautifully. With a ten year guarantee, I am confident that no matter what, we will be taken care of. We got quotes from a few companies and George from Coverall was the only one to come see things in person.
The price was fair, the quote was transparent and they even took the time to take photos of the all plywood and showing them to us before going ahead replacing them, even though we knew the plywood was very old.
George answered all our questions in detail, the team showed up right on time, finished early and gave us some pointers about our attic insulation that even the inspector we hired was unable to see.

I'm so glad I got the right roofing company for the job, Joe and his crew were amazing. I spoke to Joe and he came the next day to give me the quote, I also had two other roofing companies who didn't bother to a set a date for a quote. Everything Joe wrote down on the estimate that they were going to do on the roof was done. I had to replace all my shingles and skylight (Velux fixed curb mount + flashing kit) which Joe suggested. CoverAll Roofing used a peel and stick water shield around the entire bottom of the roof, pipe and vents. They also had to replace all air vents and move them higher up on the pitch for better venting. I was thrilled that they used the peel and stick on part of the roof that had a metal plate which at the time had just felt paper. They also placed a blue synthetic water barrier from the peel and stick to the top of the roof. Joe and his brother came and had to redo and torch the valley between my home and the neighboring wall where all the leaks were coming from. The 5 person crew took one day to complete the task and did a great clean up job afterwards. Don't let Joe's young age fool you, he's a class act, very polite and professional.

To begin, we sought quotes from three different contractors to replace one large and one small flat roof on our 100-year-old Toronto semi, before finally choosing Coverall. We're so glad we did.

Mark and his Coverall team did an amazing job. First, Mark visited and gave us a highly detailed quote on precisely what needed to be done and then committed to a firm date. That confirmation date was crucial, because we were also working with a highly skilled deck contractor who was removing our old decks -- and the Coverall team had to be slotted in to complete their task in a single day, to allow the deck team to slide back in and complete their work. Everything worked out perfectly.

Mark's team of more than a half-dozen skilled men arrived early, removing every single layer of the existing roofs, and carting it to the street by hand through the impossibly small passage between us and our neighbor's house. Fireproof protection was then installed, two separate layers of Soprema sheeting, drip edges to run into the eavestroughs, flashings up the walls and door sills. They did every single thing promised in the detailed quote. In fact, they even repaired and waterproofed the base on a pluming pipe on our main roof -- which wasn't even part of the job! Mark's team really went above and beyond.

When it was all done, aside from the new gleaming roofs, you'd have no idea anything had taken place on site. There wasn't speck of dirt or grime anywhere. They left the site completely spotless.

We would recommend Coverall without a moments hesitation. Mark's team executed just a super job.
