Rock Bottom Underpinning

Never underpinned a house before so I did alot of research.
Got 3 quotes, other 2 quotes were less expensive but they didn't have people-person skills which is important in this business so I went with my gut and signed with Rock Bottom.
From the beginning, pre-existing contract, Jamie made me feel comfortable without coming across as too salesy.
After signing of contract, Jamie and Dion executed as promised.
Sergio and his crew were respectful to both myself and the neighbours regarding noise, cleaning-up after themselves and having an overall professional appearance/attitude throughout the duration of work done at my site.
The work was completed to my/City's satisfaction (passed) and any concerns were dealt at the time in a reasonable matter.
I would highly recommend this company.

I purchased a century home in the Beaches and wanted to achieve a good basement ceiling height, install infloor heating, and excavate a walkout. RockBottom was fantastic from the beginning and right through to the end. From the initial consultation, they explained all details pertaining to the tasks required to properly and safely underpin my basement. They answered all my questions and reassured me they would get the job done with quality and perfection. They definitely delivered. Rock Bottom is the best contract company out there. Prices are reasonable staff are friendly. Jamie is fantastic to deal with and returns calls promptly. Deon is extremely knowledgeable and will work with you to solve any and all problems relating to your project. Our underpinning was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. Other contractors can learn a great deal from rock bottoms customer service and quality of work.
