Jason at Ace Garage installed a liftmaster system in 2018. It continues to have issues where the garage door won't close. In addition to buying this system from Ace, I also paid Jason $100 to fix the sensor problem, with him indicating he would swing by to fix it for free if the problem recurred. The problem recurs and he hasn't responded to requests to fix it, as he said he would. While Jason appears to be a nice person, I haven't found him or the system to be reliable.

Jason was very professional & honest. He could have sold me a brand new Garage Door opener, but he was honest enough to make a few adjustments on my 15 year old unit, just to help get me through the winter. I will definitely be using Ace in the spring for a New Unit. Recommend 100%

I called Jason after my garage had been broken into. Among other things, my remote control had been nicked so would need to get new ones. He offered to come out three days later which was the soonest he could be there but in the meantime we had a conversation about the new wireless technology built into the new openers. I decided then to upgrade my opener and he came the next morning, installed the new one and it works beautifully. He oiled the bearings, tightened what needed to be tightened and loosened some other things - basically changed the settings so that it worked so much better than the old one. He was very professional and spent quite a bit of time providing me with the information I needed to make a good decision. Lovely guy...so helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to you.

I called the company two years ago when we needed to replace the broken cable in our garage door. Jason showed up the same day and replaced the cable but he noticed that the spring installed previously by another company was too short and of lower material (made in China). He told us that next time the spring brake he will replace it with the proper one and with a longer material expectancy. A week ago the spring broke and we decided to give him a call. Our door was 20 years old, made of aluminum, noisy and basically with minimum insulation. After reviewing the cost of the new spring versus our old door we decided it to replace it with a thicker, newer stile, made of steel with real insulation and two springs. Jason is very professional, honest and gives good advise. Highly recommended!!

Jason is very experienced, genuine and professional. Very helpful over the phone and super fast to correctly diagnose the problem and get it repaired. On time and gave great advice. I would absolutely recommend this company.

It only took two hours from the time that we called on Saturday morning until the work was completed. Jason was very nice, prompt and provided amazing service. Highly recommended.

We got a problem fixed by this company. They were able to find the problem right away, and were able to come quickly. However, they had to come back to out house twice to fix it again! Also, the technician would tell us he'd be by at a certain time, then come earlier, and if we weren't home, he'd just open our garage and fix our door without telling us.

Jason was, on time, very polite and courteous. He had the job completed and cleaned up within the time frame he promised. He took the time to go through the programming of the new opener along with some tips on painting my existing garage door. Thanks Jason, great service!

One of the torsion springs above our garage door broke. Called Jason at Ace Garage Door Repair on a weekend morning. He gave us a free quote to replace both springs (if one is broken, the other one will soon follow) and was at our house within the hour. The springs were replaced another twenty minutes later. Our garage door works again! Quick and friendly service. Highly recommended!
