There was a leak in my bathroom causing mold in the walls. Peter got back to me on the same day. He is very fair and reasonable to deal with. Troy came to work on my bathroom and he was very pleasant to work with. He was very attentive and took time to listen and address my concerns, and also answered all of my questions. Troy discovered some more mold on another wall, and he stayed late to remediate the issue the same day. Peter and Troy took great care in making sure the work was done right, on time, and at a fair price. I strongly recommend their services and would not hesitate to call them again.

I had a leak my laundry room from the unit above - Peter was responsive and patient as I worked out the particulars with the other owner. He has advised my sister that the mold was caused by the condo's structure so she should contact the condo to pay for the damage as she should not pay out of her pocket. After some heavy rains in the fall we had water coming into our well pump room. We fixed the eavestrough problem ourselves and then came to HomeStars to get a good contractor. We picked Wright. He and his assistant Leandro wore Covid-protocol masks while discussing the job with us and protected our carpets with traffic mats. They removed the black mold, treated a bit of yellow mold they found for free, and replaced the damaged drywall with a more appropriate DenseSheild type.
Because the water had seeped through the wall to a nearby room, they replaced some drywall there too.
Peter is versatile too in that we asked them also to repair some unrelated damage to nearby custom-thickness drywall, and he was fine with including that in our project.
Relating to his honesty, when the project was completed, we had a little trouble with an e-transfer that seemed to have disappeared. He worked with me promptly to share whatever information he had. I was then able to resolve the problem with my bank the next day.

Peter and his team came out to remove mold from our bathroom ceiling which I just couldn’t get rid of. They did a great job converting everything to minimize dust and asbestos, made sure to seal off doorways and had a fan running the whole time to keep everyone safe. I had a major leak from my homes main floor kitchen sink that rapidly leaked to the basement. It caused damage to half the basement ceiling. I called a plumber right away however the damage to the ceiling was extensive and this was the 2nd leak from the kitchen in 6 months. I was concerned there was mold as the water was not drying as rapidly as I had hoped.

The next day, one of the co-owners Peter B. came out to give an estimate. He was prompt and very knowledgeable . He conveyed that no matter which company I went with, he wanted me to make the best decision for me and I appreciated this. After meeting with Peter, I decided to have his company do the job. When work was started, mold was found and real time pictures were shown to me to confirm. A thorough process for mold remediation occurred with poly containment, negative air pressure/air scrubber machines and trained technicians to do the job. I felt at ease that Peter was overseeing all the work. The work was done on time with a thorough clean up and the estimated price given prior to the job was on point after completion.
