To create my dream kitchen, I wanted to tear down the wall between the small existing kitchen and the formal dining room. Only problem is that I wasn't sure if the wall was load bearing, which meant I needed to find a structural engineer.

They were very thorough in their review of the structure, took pictures and explained the situation in easy to understand language, My requested report was provided to me on the agreed to date and Pezhman followed up with me to make sure everything was in order.
