Pezhman and Arvin produced structural drawings for the removal of a load bearing wall separating the kitchen and living areas in our newly purchased, semi-detached home. They also submitted and managed our building permit application with the city.
From the beginning, Pezhman was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. He met all of the agreed deadlines, and even exceeded our expectations when the building permit was obtained in record time.
Even when faced with challenges -- such as a site visit where they had half the normal time to complete their measurements, or when a concern arose with our contractor -- Rigid Frames handled each with care and diligence.
Not to mention their fees are reasonable and fair.
I would highly recommend Rigid Frames and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
