Had used this company in the past to evaluate my in-floor heating system and service my furnace plus I recently purchased an air conditioning system for another home that I own. Service was exceptional. This fall I scheduled furnace maintenance on both homes. The maintenance on my first home had to be rescheduled due to an emergency repair for other clients. Was given another 4 hour window the next day. Called their office the next day after waiting 3 hours as the technician had not called me with an arrival time. Technician was tracked down and arrived at the end of the 4 hour window. Did a great job with the maintenance and selling of the Just Right Maintenance plan. Scheduled maintenance for my 2nd home and was given a 4 hour window. The maintenance on this home was rescheduled twice. I spoke with 3 different scheduling people and received different times. Told them that the maintenance service needed to be done by 5:30 pm or else it needed to be cancelled. At 4:30 pm no calls from the technician so I called the office who advised that the technician should be leaving the next job soon. I cancelled the maintenance as there is no way that it could be done by 5:30 pm. I have now spent 8 hours waiting for technicians. The scheduling and communication for maintenance is brutal in this company. Now I am attempting to get a refund on the prepaid Just Right maintenance plan. Yesterday I was told I would get a call today about refunding the plan. Today I was told possibly in 2 days. It is very unfortunate to watch a very good heating and air conditioning company self destruct due to scheduling issues. Great company if you have tons of patience and plenty of spare time to wait for them to show up. If your intent is to provide 5 star service you need to fix this.
