Trail Appliances

Looked for a cheap dryer appliance go with our washer appliance purchase to replace ours as it was old. After searching several stores, Trail Appliances had a good one for a reasonable price so we bought it.

We bought a range hood for our kitchen Reno that as it turned out had to be returned because it didn't fit the design and the space. We purchased the first one on sale, however there wasn't a sale when we exchanged it. The sales mgr. gave us the second hood at the builders' price. Good prices and knowledgable sales staff.

The new Trail Appliances store in Vancouver is beautiful. Large selection of products on display. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with our final decision. We've purchased appliances from Trail before and were happy to come back. Their Annacis Island warehouse is huge!

WE BOUGHT A DRYER, STOVE AND FRIDGE FROM TRAIL. GOOD SERVICE FROM SALE PERSON. COST WAS GOOD AND COMPARABLE TO OTHER STORES. MERCHANDISE WAS IN GOOD SHAPE. THE ONLY BAD THING ABOUT IT WAS WE HAD TO GO PICK IT UP IN RICHMOND. NO VANCOUVER SITE FOR PICK UP. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR OTHERS. OVERALL VERY GOOD COMPANY.

BOUGHT A STOVE, DRYER AND FRIDGE. EXCELLENT PRICE, SERVCE AND QUALITY. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT. ONLY THING IS THAT YOU HAVE TO GO TO RICHMOND TO PICK UP. NO LOCAL PICK UP SITES FOR TRAIL.

salesperson knew their product very well; explained the pros and cons of the three types of fridges we were gonna choose from; recommended we get a larger hood fan than size of the range in order to cover more area

I purchesed a washer dryer combo on June 10. Today is July 19 and I have loads of laundry wet and dirty..need I say more. I have made several calls and talked to many people and have had extremely poor service. I would never recommend Trail Appliances. Before purchasing confirm what the process will be if you receive a faulty appliance. Trail refers you to the manufacturer and does not replace the machine as other retailers do. A complete nightmare

We purchased all new appliances for a newly built house. After comparing with Coast and Future Shop, we decided on Trail Appliances for many reasons:

- Variety of brands (Coast did not carry KitchenAid)
- Price
- Attention to the client - they were the only ones that called us around Boxing Week to advise us of the great deals they were having
- Knowledgeable staff - Thank you Carlo Palotto. You were helpful, not pushy, and answered all my questions after many many visits to the store.
- Delivery guys were pleasant and friendly as well. Clean and easy to communicate with.

We bought our dishwasher here! Grfeat deal great guys! Delivery too! Their showroom is nice and well stocked and they're right out the langford box store area. Why would you go anywhere elce?

Time to buy a replacement microwave combo range hood because my less than 5 years old one just recently died. Too expensive to replace the magnetron and didn't want to waste more money on a costly electrician. The Trail Appliances on Rupert Street is new, the service immediate and friendly. Got a great deal on a new microwave combo and went with a much more reliable brand. The staff are very knowledgable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them. Arranged the replacement date in a week's time, and they will take away the old one and install the new one.
