Trail Appliances

I bought a fridge, dryer, washer and stove. They delivered exactly on time as part of our renovation and went the extra mile by changing my fridge door from left to right after they delivered at no extra charge. They removed all they old appliances and gave me a discount for that as well. The delivery people would not even take a tip when i offered for all their hard work. I recommend them a lot of friends.

I went in for parts for my fridge. They couldn't understand what I needed and comprehended the item less well than I did and I know nothing about appliances. They might have cheap appliances, but you better hope they work forever, cause you never want to deal with their service dept.

I went to trail looking for a few appliances such as fridges and stoves, and found out they were stupid expensive. Afterwards, we went to a few other places a and found the same appliances which had cheaper regular prices than trails sale prices.....by up to $1000 (on a wolf stove)

Have been dealing with Trail appliances for over 10 years, have bought appliances & had them serviced with them - always prompt & honest service. Good sales people & good repair people.

We bought our fridge, stove and dishwasher. Our dishawasher went 2 days after the warranty and Trail would not do anything about it. The fridge ice maker went after about 1.5 years and they had a service call in - charged us $70 to tell us it was broken. I'd never deal with them again.

Trail is not a place I would do business with again there people were not very helpful and they can never offer the service they say that they pride them self on I would nevere shop there again

Went to trail for appliances for our new kitchen had no idea but
Carlo helped with selecting the proper appliance for our new kitchen
and in our price range. They were delivered on time.

When we moved to our new place we needed a new pair of washer/dryer on the 2nd floor. Upon extensive research, we set our eyes on front-loaders since they are better for the environment. Instead, Trail Appliances sales recommended a top-loader for us because he expressed his concerns with excessive vibration noise due to high-spin cycles with these front-loaders. It was the best advice we got. We now listen to our neighbor’s horrid stories about their front-loaders shaking up their houses, while we haven’t had any trouble with our top-loader.

The downside of Trail Appliances is that the delivery guys happen to be the installers as well. This is a problem since they have 10 hours worth of delivery to do a day; where do they find time to install the washer/dryer properly?
