Kinetico

We recently purchased a Kinetico Home Drinking Water Station system from Costco, and our experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Harpal Singh.

From the moment we approached Harpal inquiring about the product, he demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge and expertise. Harpal took the time to provide us with detailed information about the Kinetico system, patiently answering all our questions and ensuring we had a clear understanding of its features and benefits

Kinectico installed the service a few years back and hooked the cold water line to dishwasher. The initial installer didnt know what he was doing. After a few complaints they sent us another installer that ended up fixing and cleaning up the mess of the previous installer. We have since been happy with Kinectico system.

We had a very hard time using the city water at home , all appliances that uses water such as Dish washer , Washing machine, Kettle ,
T ankles water heater , Water pipes as well as faucets needed either regular Vinegar cleaning or a very Costly Replacement , Then we start thinking about the Water softener , we met with Sanjay, gave us more information about it ,reasonable price , great service and we are very happy with it specially the great cleaning feelings after having Shower or Bath.

My system was installed in May 2008 and this (Dec.08)week I am onto my 3rd set of filters at $130 a pair. The folks at Aquareal who provide service are nice but no one I know with other systems has such high costs.

Addendum
Aquareal fixed the defective part( membrane) and couldnt have been nicer. Hopefully, the Kinectico system will work from now on. The first few months I guess it wasn't operating properly but we didnt realize it was underperforming.

Last May we moved into our new home that has very hard water. Marilyn from Kinetico Canada was referred to us and she was helpful and informative in setting us up with the best system for us. The installation took one day and they were very neat and tidy.

We got our soft water / reverse osmosis system from this company and think it's exceptional. Kinetico is completely motor driven with no electronic parts, which means the chances of the system breaking down is minimal. The install took a day though but we've been enjoying our water ever-since then.
