Recently I had purchased a home in Calgary and was in the process of moving to Calgary. I called BC Auto Body & Locksmith to have someone come over to my new place in Calgary to have them rekey the locks of the property because the house itself is not a brand new property in which I just wanted a piece of mind, knowing other's does not have a copy of the house keys. The dispatcher on the phone was very friendly, she took all my information down and took the extra step to ask me what I had wanted done so that she may pass the information to the technician. The technician himself arrived at my new place in a very timely manner, before actually taking the locks apart and what not, he explained the process to me first just in case I disagreed with anything. He did not take long to do rekey all the room locks as well as the front and back door locks at all, I would say about an hour or perhaps less. He also asked if I wanted to have all the locks functioning with the same key set and was willing to do that for no extra charge. Very nice man and very professional. Overall, I'm very happy with the service. The price was reasonable with no extra charges for the set of keys they provided. All the locks worked very well. I would definitely recommend this to those who are in need of any locksmith services.
