My husband and I are very pleased with the level of commitment and expertise with which Mr Appliance addressed our request for service to our appliance.From the ladies that took our call, to scheduling of the appointment, to the completion of the repair, all was handled with the highest level of knowledge and courtesy. Josh, our tech arrived at our home, on time and prepared to complete the service with all he needed including material to tidy up the area he was working around.
