Ducky's Drains

I called Ducky's this morning at 7:30, and Andrew was at my house by 9:30. The drain was clogged in the basement and when I used the washing machine water was coming up and flooding the floor. He snaked the drain and fixed the issue, couldn't be happier with the price and service!

Ducky's took the call on a Sunday when our drain in the basement continued to back up. Appointment made for the following Monday where they arrived early. Work took less than an hour and we were billed less than what we were quoted just to show up by some of the "other" guys.

I had an issue with water coming out of my basement wall whenever I flushed the toilet and was very worried. I called and Andrew was able to come and showed up on time. He was very professional and was able to find the problem in no time. It was really good service and the price is very reasonable for the amount of work he had to do. Ducky's Drains did a bang up job of clearing our partially blocked sanitary service connection. Andrew was extremely efficient and very amicable. Would I recommend Ducky's Drains to others? ABSOLUTELY.

After having a competior's company out to assess our problem at a cost of $74 and providing an estimate of $500 +, I got smart and called Ducky's.
