Ducky's Drains

This is the second time I have hired Ducky's Drains to fix issues we were having in our house (a while ago Andrew fixed two bathrooms that were potential disasters) and this time he fixed the last two bathrooms (1 tap and 1 toilet) which were leaking in the house. We always appreciate the speed and the professionalism of Andrew and Manon and the reliability of the work. There is no one else we would hire for plumbing and even if we had to wait to get Andrew in our house, we would. Always on time, tidy, and prices are completely reasonable.

I have hired Andy twice now and both times he was honest and gave me different cost options for the services - repair versus replace, for instance. The first time he came I was given an approximate cost for a service and the full service was not required - he was honest about what was needed. I know nothing about plumbing, tree roots, drains, etc. and am very trusting so could be easily overcharged. Andy is honest and good at what he does - I would highly recommend this company!!!! The

We had a clogged sink and bathtub which Andy unclogged quickly. In addition, Andy's wife Manon called to let me know when Andy would be arriving - a very nice touch. It's great to know that customer service is still around and Ducky's Drain is top notch.

We recently refitted our bathrooms with new flooring and vanities and required two (2) new sinks to be connected through the new vanities and tested for leaks. Ducky's arrived on time as per our appointment, in great spirits, and were very pleasant to deal with.

Andrew was knowledgeable, efficient, and left his work area completely spotless after the work was performed (better than he found it!). Everything works perfectly and we are thrilled with both the outcome and our new favourite plumber.

We recently bought our home and right away we noticed that there were issues with the kitchen sink which was draining slow and then eventually clogged completely. We tried to remedy it ourselves with no effect...
I called Andy on a weekend and he came over within an hour!! He is such a friendly guy and was able to unclog the drain. Hooray!! He was very professional and completely cleaned up after himself.
His all in price (and weekend price to boot) was great because we didn't know how long the job would take.
We HIGHLY recommend Andy and Ducky's drains! He genuinely cared about the work he was doing and worked away until he (and we) were completely satisfied!

We had a blockage causing a backup into the utility room in the basement. Andy came and snaked the line and also found out that the problem was caused by a scrap piece of pipe blocking the pump from functioning properly. Very knowledgeable, friendly service at a reasonable price. I would recommend Ducky's to anyone.

After 2 sewer backups in less than 1.5 months I decided I better find out why? I had used a local Plumber and all they could do is guess what was wrong and what they told us scared us to death! (expensive!).
My Son In-law recommended Andy at Duckys Drains. I called them and... right from the initial call something just seemed a bit different. I couldn't explain it then and I cant now.
Andy came and did a Video Inspection for us and then I knew what felt so different.
Andy and his service is far above the average. He was ahead of time, professional and got right to the issue! Add to that he may have saved us a good $10,000.00! (Long Story).
Andy quickly found the problem and narrowed the location down to the foot. This determined it was on the city side of the property. With the video as evidence the city was completely on side and willing to work with me to repair the issue with the main drain that goes out under the street. Thank you Andy and Manon!

I quoted few companies for my drain slow flowing in basement, Ducky's drain provided the best quotation, good price for clearing the drain other than based on time.
Professional work, very clean and checked the condition with Camera.
Few weeks passed, everything is good.
